Robbie began 2024 by establishing his solo venture, Integrity Homes Co., specializing in custom and semi-custom homes.  He has garnered extensive experience in the home building and project management sector over the past fifteen years. His career began in Atlanta, Georgia, where he dedicated five years as a Project Manager and another five as an Area Project Manager at Winmark Homes. Following his tenure in Atlanta, Robbie moved to Palm Coast, FL, where he continued to excel as a Project Manager for Seagate Homes for five years. In January 2020, Robbie leveraged his vast experience to co-found RBI Homes & Roofing. Under his leadership, the company has designed and constructed over 45 semi-custom and full-custom homes within three years. His innovative design for a home not only won the Grand Award but also achieved Top Score Under $500k in the 2023 Flagler Parade of Homes. Robbie’s commitment to excellence extends beyond his company as he actively contributes to the community and industry, evidenced by his role as Secretary of the Flagler Home Builders Association and his upcoming positions as Vice President in 2025 and President in 2026.
